At MatrixPro, we recognise that product design is one of the most valuable assets of any brand. Logos, artwork, technical patterns, measurement systems, fabric developments, and garment structures represent intellectual property that must be handled with discipline and confidentiality.
We operate as a manufacturing partner — not a brand competitor.
1. Client Ownership of Designs
All materials supplied by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client, including but not limited to logos, artwork files, tech packs, measurement charts, patterns, sizing systems, fabric specifications, and custom trims or branding elements.
MatrixPro does not claim ownership of client-submitted designs and does not reproduce, distribute, or adapt client designs for third-party use without written consent.
2. Confidential Handling of Materials
Client files are treated as confidential business assets. Internal control measures include restricted file access, controlled artwork storage, and secure handling of production documents.
Design materials are used solely for execution of the agreed production project.
3. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
Non-Disclosure Agreements are available upon request prior to project commencement. Where required, formal NDA documentation may be executed before development review, sample creation, or technical discussion.
4. Design Responsibility & Client Assurance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork and designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
MatrixPro operates strictly as a manufacturing service provider and does not assume liability for copyright or trademark conflicts arising from client-supplied materials.
5. Protection During Production
During production, artwork is not displayed publicly, unreleased designs are not used for promotional purposes, and samples are not photographed or shared externally without consent.
6. Pattern Archiving & Repeat Orders
Approved patterns and production files may be archived securely for repeat production. Archived materials are used solely for repeat orders and not repurposed for other clients.
7. Commitment to Ethical Partnership
MatrixPro does not operate competing retail brands within the same product categories manufactured for clients. Our objective is to support brand growth through structured and confidential manufacturing partnerships.
