Confidentiality & NDA

Home Confidentiality & NDA

Secure Communication. Protected Business Information.

At MatrixPro, confidentiality is treated as an operational responsibility, not a formality. We understand that product concepts, pricing models, supplier structures, marketing strategies, and unreleased collections represent commercially sensitive information.

All discussions and documentation shared during development and production are handled with professional discretion.

1. Scope of Confidential Information

Confidential information may include product concepts, future collections, artwork, unreleased branding, technical specifications, tech packs, pricing structures, sales projections, fabric sourcing, production volumes, and launch timelines.

Such information is used solely for the evaluation or execution of the agreed manufacturing project.

2. Internal Control Measures

MatrixPro maintains structured internal practices to safeguard client information, including restricted file access, controlled storage of artwork and technical files, no public sharing of client materials, and limited exposure of unreleased designs.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

Formal Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements are available upon request prior to design submission, technical review, sampling, or commercial discussion.

We recognise that certain projects require additional contractual confidentiality, particularly for private label, exclusive collections, or high-volume launches.

4. Confidentiality During Production

During active production, unreleased products are not photographed for marketing, samples are not displayed publicly, and client branding is not used for promotion without written consent.

5. Long-Term Confidential Partnership

MatrixPro’s growth is built on long-term manufacturing relationships. Confidentiality is embedded within our structured manufacturing systems.

Confidentiality is not an optional clause within our operations — it is a core operational principle.
